Posting House For Sale In Other Cities

I live in Cancun, Mexico. I'm trying to post my house for sale in cities other than Cancun, like London, Berlin, or Toronto. It would seem I am not allowed to do so. The ad was accepted by the Yucatan, Mexico sight, but was either blocked (invalid post code) or marked for deletion after it was posted (Berlin). Is foreign posting not allowed?

The rule is even more restrictive. Posts are not allowed out of one's own city. As with many of Craigslist's rules, users can often slide by until the site clamps down. Sorry.
