My Post Has Not Been Put Online In More Than 45 Minutes. Where Is It

I am trying to put an ad into Treasure coast - Florida into general labor and I have received confirmations, but can't find it online. The confirmation tells me that it should be online in 15 mins, but it is much longer than that. What is happening to my post? Post number is 2114184335
