Power Problems!
My compaq presario f700's power jack light is very slowly blinking and wont let me power it up. What should I do?

Slowly blinking power lights indicate the laptop is in "sleep mode". You should be able to press the power button to wake it.
If not try removing the battery and power cord. Let it sit for 60 minutes, then plug the power cord in. Once the power cord is in insert the battery. Now see if it powers up.
If not it's likely a service shop visit will be needed.
