Prefer to contact HP support desk... usally corporate laptop will be disabled

You can put it back to factory default settings.
This can be done at the beginning of the boot up of your computer, there should be a hidden partition in the computer dedicated for doing this.
At the beginning of the boot up when you see the HP screen press F10 repeatedly, this should bring up the HP recovery screen.
In this section you should be able to reinstall the operating back to factory default settings.
If this doesn't fix the issue and you are still under the manufacturers warranty which is usually a standard 12months contact the manufacturer.
