What To Do About The Comfort Inn And Suites In Shelburne Rd Vermont

Hi; My name is Susan Liberty. I use choise hotels when I need room. I have stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Shelburne Rd is South Burlington a few times. The first time I just had surgery and was treated like crap. I did call and talk to the manager. Instead of taking care of my bill he reduced it. And when I stayed with them again he gave me a discount.  I was not too happy but accepted it. Since then my mom has been placed on Hospice and can not live alone. My husband and I take care of her now. We have not had time together or alone in months. My sister came up from South Carolina to visit mom and give us a weekend break. We stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Shelburne Rd in South Burlington because I like Comfort Inn and It has 2 room that close off. I made mine reservations for a 2 bed suite. When we went in the room it was dirty. The tub was bad. I went to the front desk and they moved me to a King Suite. It looked pretty good. I was sleepy so I just relexed for the night. The next morning I got up out of bed in a great mood, had breakfast, took a swim, checked my e-mail made plans for a great day. I went in to the bathroom and started a bath. Got in the tub and when I looked over to grab my book I almost thew up. I jumped out of the tub and called my husband in to show him. There was hair,pee, and what appeared to be puck on the floor and torlet. I said you know what everything I have stayed here the room is dirty and no seems to care. So this time I took pictures and did not even bother to say a word. It was not worth the additude I would have received. I think I should send the pictures in to the heath department. People spend good money and money is hard to come by these days and someone should take care of the promblems at this hotel. Then the old women who was doing the breakfast needs to wear gloves stop swearing when it is busy and stop touching everyone food. I would like my money back. I would like to beable to go back and stay when I need too. But I would like to see it clean and with someone who don't touch all the food with her hands.   It is 2 bad I can only send 3 pictures cause I have many.
