Since Monday, 2/13/2012, My Comcast Internet Service Has Been Agonizingly Slow?

This service has been slow in terms of the speed in accessing various web sites, download times, iPhone upload times to the iClould, etc. I need help and a solution here to restore the COMCAST internet service performance speed to what it was before Monday, 2/13/2012. Thanks.

This is not necessarily a Comcast problem: it could be a Cisco problem, a web traffic problem, a browser problem or an issue with your computer.
