I do not live in IL. Someone has stolen my identity! I have written the web master numerous times. Trying to get this crap solved NOW! Will not call again endless garbage! For some stupid lady oh I am married! No I am not! And I do not live in Sterling IL.! Solve this crap! Saying I owe over $1,214.00! When I know and have been told my identity has been stolen! Stop playing games! Get off your BUTTS! SOLVE NOW!Posting for everyone to see!

Sorry for your problems--but you seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with ComEd. Here are some steps to consider. But difficult though it may be, remain polite and do not threaten. Good luck:

Call customer service again, and if necessary politely but firmly ask for a manager (use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/comed/customer-service )
Complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/comed/Corporate%20Office. It may hasten a response if you address your complaint to CEO Anne Pramaggiore [even though she won't of course personally respond]
Call the office of Illinois's Commerce Commission. See https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer/illinois#suc
