Coby Tv Will Not Power On When The Main Power Button, Or Remote Control Is
Used, It Was Unplugged As Insruction Book Suggested For 30 Seconds, Still Will Not Power On, Screen Completely Black,but The Blue Light Will Not Light Up, And Then The Blue Light Goes Dim Again.

Hi. Then it must be a bad fuse/power supply or issues on the pcb. You will nee the assistance of a technincian.
