Mp3 Player Device(mpc7095) Get Hangs In Booting Screen

When i turn on my device the device get hang up on the booting screen, so i tried to reset the device using the Reset button on the rear side of the device but unfortunately there is no use of it.when i plug my device to the computer the device is working fine.Please provide me  a solution to troubleshoot your help is appreciated
