Will Not Turn On
the mp player will not turn on even when using the usb cable

Ensure that the player is fully charged. Try chargingthe player overnight (8 hours). Reset the player (use a paper clip to gently press the Reset button on the rear of the player) and try again. Do also make sure that that the Hold switch is disengaged.
If still nothing please contact your dealer for service.
