Help Me With This
my MP3 player the MP620-4G IS locked and I can't get it lock even when I tryed pushing that switch on the side up and then down but I won't so how do I unlock it or is there a way to take it apart to fix it

Ensure that the player is fully charged. Try charging the player overnight (8 hours)...or...Reset the player (use a paper clip to gently press the Reset button on the rear of the player),
