Stuck On 'usb Connected' Screen
Hi, my MP620-4G is stuck on the "USB Connected" screen displayed when the device is plugged into a computer or wall charger. It is not plugged in. The power switch doees not do anything, and neither does the hold switch. I have tried plugging it in and taking it back out to no avail.
