Paypal Upgrade
Name: Thomas Vernon. Class of '68 Dallas High School, Pa. I upgraded by Paypal on Dec. 28th 2018 at a fee of $20. Still cannot access any more info than when I just had a basic "guest membership".. which is essentially NOTHING !

You can also complain to the State of Washington's Consumer Protection Division at 1125 Washington St. SE, Olympia, WA 98504--or phone 206-464-6684.
