Yours is one of a great many similar complaints about this company; sorry for your problems.
You may want to send a certified snailmail to the company, giving it a reasonable time (say 10 days) in which to respond. Then if you don't receive satisfaction you will want to dispute charges with your card provider—but observe that bank's time limits, which you can learn by phoning it. Here's Classmates's address:
