Call your credit card issuer and contest the charge as unauthorized. Tell them you have tried to deal with them and cancel your membership, but you are getting nowhere. Have them remove the charge and block Classmates. com from charging you again. That is the best way to deal with a business  that refuses to let you cancel your membership.
