What 'holiday' Is It On Dec 3rd That Makes Customer Service Unavailable By Phone
Tried to reach "Customer Service" by phone and recording only indicates it is "Holiday". What holiday is it on December 3rd that makes your customer "SERVICE" unavailable. My bank account was charged $39.00 today for a membership which was cancelled 11 months ago and had NEVER been upgraded. Please let me know what holiday makes customer service unavailable but allows billing to occur on the same day.l

Are the only 2 holidays I could find, not sure why they were unavailable. I would recommend calling your bank and telling them the charge was unauthorized, you will get a lot farther than trying to get classmates to willing give you a refund.
