You seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Classmates. Yours is one of a great many similar complaints about this company; sorry for your problems.
If you wish to cancel (and haven't done so yet), follow the instructions at http://www.classmates.com/sitesearch/help/article?articleId=4384&keywords=cancel. If necessary you can dispute unwarranted charges with your credit/debit card provider, but that provider may ask you what efforts you've made to resolve directly with Classmates [see below]. You can also complain to the State of Washington's Consumer Protection Division at 1125 Washington St. SE, Olympia, WA 98504--or phone 206-464-6684.
To the best of my knowledge you can reach Classmates at 206-301-5700. You can write the company with the form at http://www.classmates.com/search/help/contact. Corporate contact information is at http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/classmates.com/Corporate%20Office. Good luck!
