A credit card was opened by someone who has stolen my identity. This was after they opened a Verizon account for a tablet..... two hard inquiries on my credit report alerted me. Sadly, I know who has been doing this to me and it's extended beyond credit cards- mail, bank, checking..., I CANNOT find a number for Citibank that connects me with a specialist who handles these matters. I've only reached fraud department specialists who say they can only help existing customers with fraudulent charges and activity! Technically- Since my identity was used I should a "customer " right? PLEASE help me get in touch with a Citibank representative who can COMPETENTLY help and assist me in my ID theft claim and cooperate with law enforcement. thank you!
