I Was Given The Wrong Product From Cirle K Sales Clerk When I Wentback To Let He

hello I asked the Circle K sales clerk about a vape she pointed to there's three Vapes and so she told me the one babe but it was not a vape it was some sort of weed pipe and when I went back to tell her and return that she spoke with one of her supervisor her manager and said that it could not be returned because it was at a tobacco product now the bottom line is that I asked for something and did not get that what I asked for him and my pain return I had my receipt never use the product and there's no posted sign about the tobacco products or whatever you use in the weed pipe thing but I think is unfair because I did not get what I what I ask for how can I get my refund
