2009 Sebring Windshield Washer Failure

Need to know if there is a fuse for the windshield washer fluid pump and if so where is it located? The manual shows no reference to a fuse that is dedicated to the washer fluid. I am having trouble finding any information on this. The wipers are working but no fluid or noise is coming from the pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
