I Have A 2004 Pt Curiser.

I was driving along and stopped at a traffic light. The car cut off and will not start. The lights, horn, radio, nor the remote lock, everything else works except the car will not run. When you turn the key it says nothing, not one click. I took it to a repair man and he said that it would not allow him to access the computer. This is the second time that the car has done this, that time it was a fuse but we checked all the fuse and they are all good. Do you have any ideas.
