2008 Silverado Diesel Loose Power And Looks Like The Water Goes To The Motor Io

in my pickup was runing good but star loose the power and i check the oil looks like the water went to the oil motor is no pretion on the fuel line wen i pump myself star but wen the pretion is gone stops
