Automatic transmission right? The transmission is slipping. Its most likely low on fluid. Try to enlist a helper because otherwise you will be crawling under and back out from under the car a few times.  To check it there is a plug that looks like a bolt under the car by the torqe converter. The car must be as close to level as possible and at operating temp then while running get under it and remove the plug. The plug is located on the passenger side and right behind the wheel. If fluid runs out its full. If not go to the topside of the engine compartment and fill though the vent cap by the fuse block until fluid runs out of the plug under the car. when its starts to drip out its full. Put the plug back in and the vent cap back on and your done. Your owners manual does not tell you how to do this because its supposedly a "lifetime filled" sealed transmission.

If you agree that the answer I provided is correct please remember to "accept" and/or mark it as "helpful" so I know I'm doing a good job. Thank you, I would really appreciate it.
