WE have a 2005 silverado lt hd diesel purchased new we took it GM Giant in Easton maryland because the drivers side leather seat seam was coming apart , they told use the seat cover needed to be ordered and would be repaced under the warrenty and they would call when it came in. We could not get in for about a month when we did get in we were told the cover was returned and would not be able to have it replaced because we waited to long to come in.we know it has been a long time but we where miss lead and just figured that was the poor way GM was conducting busness and was one reason they where losing coustmers  we have never owned any thing but GM products please help us not loose faith in GM
