Leak Behind Front Passenger Tire.

cut the hoses on the heater core and bypassed but still leaking behind front tire but not in the floorboard.

Is your radiator overflow bottle cracked or leaking somewhere? Maybe the hose leading from the radiator to the overflow bottle is split or disconnected from the bottle. That's about the only thing I can think of that is located on the passenger side of the car.
