Need A Location For The Power Window 30-35 Amp Circuit Breaker.

I have a 2003 s10 V6 auto, 4-wd, and the power windows quit. Drivers side, passenger side and sunroof. No blown fuses, but all diagrams show a 30 amp circuit breaker and by golly I can't locate and neither can 3 mechanics I spoke to! The local dealer sold me a c/b and gave me a "diagram" of where it is located. It appears to be behind the radio; I have removed most of the plastic trim of the dash and while I see miles of wiring, no c/b and no dark green wire which diagrams show as the main power feed to the power window driver side control. Everything else on that control works: door locks and mirror adjustment. Window motor is good as I jumped right from the battery and driver side window goes up and down smoothly. Have not tried the passenger side. I really believe a new circuit breaker will cure everything, but I cannot figure out where the darn thing goes. I would have thought it would be an auto reset breaker, but the local dealer sold me part #1911-6058 which is not an auto reset type. ANY help will be greatly, greatly appreciated!!
