If you're referring to if you want to know how to turn off the Message Center in the Impala, you can't. The message center is built into the system, it is designed to communicate with the driver on what possible problems are occuring and what the system is trying to tell you what to do. If a message is bothering you everytime you turn on the ignition, it's probably best if you fix it. It won't go away until you resolve the problem.
