Trailer Wiring Orange Wire With Switched Relay

I am wiring a 7 pin round connector for towing a camper. The orange wire in the included factory wiring harness is meant to charge the camper battery. It is always hot. I want to install a battery isolator relay so this wire is only hot when the van is on. Does anyone have a good suggestion on which key switched wire to use to energize the relay? Does anyone out there have a wiring schematic for this vehicle??? I can't seem to find one online.
