Fuse Pump Relay Keeps Burning Out,

i have installed a new fuel pump however the fuse pump relay keeps  burning out ,and the relays always always feel hot, and smell burnt. do I need to change the fuse panel box under the hood.

That sounds like there might be a shoort somewhere check the wiring nad make sure nothing is touches or wired incorrectly.
