97 S10 What Part That Goes Between The Hood And The Windshield, Supporting Wiper

I'm attempting to rebuild my 97 s10. However, I need to replace a part that supports the windshield wipers from hitting the bottom part of the windshield. This part is installed directly between the hood of the vehicle and the windshield.
