What Would Cause The Car To Overheat Even Are Replacing The Thermostat An Radiat

I would guess that you have a defective water pump or maybe the belt that drives the water pump is glazed or loose. 

Is your radiator fan (or fans) working correctly? If your replaced the radiator and thermostat, then the coolant must be new and the correct mixture. That eliminates three things. 

How about the brakes? Are they dragging or is the parking brake on? Put the car into neutral on a hill and let it coast down the hill. If there is resistance, then your brakes are dragging. 

My last idea would be the transmission is defective and it's making the engine work too hard. That's a longshot, but worth considering if everything else checks out.
