6 Speed Trans On A 93 Vette

I just bought this 93 vette. When under power the trans shifter handle will lift up about 2 or 3 inches I stopped at a chevy dealer to see what they tought because i thought transmission mount and they agreed untill they couldn't find the part in there computor. whats up. It's been to cold to crawl under the car.
