Fuel: Vehicle Shuts Off At Stops If Fuel Is Not Constantly Flow At A Certain Pre

car will shut off at stop lights sometimes 70% if the car has not been driven at a constant rate. the engine will try to shut down. while driving getting on the interstate it will hesitate wanting to shut down. what is the problem can you help anybody.
