Service Engine Soon Light After Engine Warms Up. Obd2 Sensor Will Not Read.

What would cause the service engine light to come on after 15 mins worth or driving? Changed air filter. Spark plugs supposively changed. Small leak in radiator. ABS INOP light on. Oil looks clean. No vapor from tail pipe. Looses radiator fluid sometimes. Fuel filter or pump? Car seems to run very good. Clogged injectors? I'm using lucas fuel treatment now.
