You Deactivated My Iphone 5s, This Is Wrong! I Have No Phone!
4/20 I talked with "Shawana"(?), Cellcome customer service agent, I purchased a new Iphone 6s, she connected me to "Andy", another agent, to pay for phone. BUT-phone to be shipped to me, NOT ACTIVATED NOW-I will use my current 5s, activate 6s in 1 wk.,;"Andy", however, DEACTIVATED my current 5s, WRONG!I I'm in FL. Please ACTIVATE 5s again,I'm a nurse on call-NEED MY PHONE NOW!

My first option would be to call back and say it's a follow-up call and ask [repeatedly if necessary] for a supervisor.
