Casio Privia Px 110 How To Reset?

My Casio privia px 110 cannot any longer play soft and loud. When I press a key the sound remains in the same volume irrespective that I touch it differently, I also cannot delete certain buttons. How can I do a reset? Thank you

  1. Press the Transpose/Function button
  2. Cursor down 3 times to Init Mix, cursor right to Init Sys
  3. Press Yes twice and do not press any keys when it says "Please Wait."
  4. Press Exit once and it's ready to go!
