Deleting A Complete Transaction
How do I delete a transaction that is completed, after pressing the cash amount tendered button?

Just do the transaction again but make sure you press refund (RF) button before each item.
E.g.
If the original sale was this:
1.00 drinks
2.50 food
CASH
then you would refund like this:
RF 1.00 drinks
RF 2.50 food
CASH
