Cash Tender
Once I have calculated the initial total and I have and returned to reg mode I then pick up my calculation in the memory however I can't find the function that would calculate the amount of change to give back to the customer..

It is the same on all registers:
Enter all of the items in the sale. Press subtotal. Ask the customer for the amount on the screen. Type in the amount they give you (no decimal point) and then press cash. Change will be displayed.
