How Can I Fix E001 Error?

The cash register was on X and I hit the NS bottom. Now it doesn't work and there is a message: Wrong Mode E001 Error. I want to come back to the REG but I can't.

Turn the program key to the X-mode , press your clear button (The "C" button or the Ac button, either or) press SUBTOTAL and then CA AMT TEND BUTTON.

E001 means wrong mode. You simply need to finish what you were doing in X mode. Try hitting the Subtotal key to get back to the main screan in X mode and then turn your key to register mode
