Expired Contract
Last Friday evening I recieved a notice that my "contract" had expired. I didn't receive any notification prior to that so now I'm in a panic...three days earlier and I could have paid immediately!
How long do you keep the backups before they are deleted? I can't loose them as my computer could crash at any time.

We keep your files for 30 days, even after the expiration of your account. This way if you have a change of heart they're still there, waiting for you. My suggestion is to always direct questions like these to Carbonite senior support at [email protected] so they can help you immediately.
