Restoring Files: Im On Day 3 And 20% Done. It's Not Moving Any More. What Do I D

my hard drive on my Mac went out, so i had it replaced. I'm restoring my files on Carbonite and it's been 3 days. Only about 20% done and it doesn't look like it's even making any more progress at all now. I don't want to cancel it. So what should i do?
