Are The Canton 509.2 Chronos The Correct Combo With My Amplifier?
I have the ROTEL 1520 Integrated amplifier connected to a pair of 509.2 Chronos. My amp seems to be overheating all the time and the thermal protection indicator turning on and shutting my amp down. My amplifier is 60 watts/channel (20-20 kHz, <0.03%, 8 ohms). Are the speakers too powerful for this amp to be driving. Just not sure what the problem is??? Any help would be appreciated
