Size Errors And Paper Waste
With every attempt to print from our computer one page prints , then we get an alarm with the message USE CURRENT SIZE (YES N0). When YES is selected a second page of the original prints wasting lots of paper. How can this problem be resolved?

If you are using A4 paper for example the default paper size maybe set for foolscap in your printing software. You need to reset the setting to the paper size you are using in printing preferences on your PC printing options. If you need a manual then this is a link to the basic manual:

If it is printing a cover sheet every time:
To disable the cover page for example or change settings, click on the start menu, and select Devices and Printers. From this window, right click on the Printer in question (its named differently on each computer), and select Printing Preferences.
