Card Mode Zr300

Greetings -I haven't used my ZR300 for quite some time. Somehow it got stuck in "Card Mode" and I can't figure out how to get out of it. The manual says not to turn off the camera if the card access symbol is blinking but I'm not sure what it looks like. There's a small red image blinking image on the camera screen but I can't make out what it's supposed to be. If you can help me get the camera back in tape cassette mode I'd be eternally grateful.Thanks in advance.
