Door Won't Close

When I put a tape in the screen says remove tape and I don't know why when there is no tape in it closes with no problem and I don't know why can u tell me what's wrong

follow the direction take out the memory card look on the left hand side of it and it might say in little letters lock and there s a little thing that moves up and down and then move it up
