Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery Software Does Not See My Camera As A Drive

How do I get the Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery software to see my Canon Powershot ELPH 100 HS as a drive so I can scan it to recover accidentally deleted photos?

Make sure your driver is up-to-date. You current driver is available at http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/digital_cameras/powershot_sd_series/powershot_elph_100_hs#DriversAndSoftware.
