New Black Ink Cartridge Is Not Working.
I changed the new black PIXMA 8 BK (CLI-8BK) ink cartridge correctly, but black is not printing, The other colours are printing OK

This model uses ink tanks--I'm presuming by "cartridge" you mean "ink tank." If you inserted the correct ink tank, there are two possibilities: (1) you did not insert it correctly, or (2) it's is defective.
If it was a Canon brand ink tank, it's very unlikely that #1 applies. If you think it might, obtain a replacement from the merchant.
Your first action should be to reinsert the ink tank according to these detailed illustrated instructions.
