Canon Imageclass Mf3010 Skips Lines Or Compresses Them At The Top Of Most Pages

Are rollers dirty? How can I get at them to clean them? The Canon imageclass MF3010 skips lines altogether at the top of the page and/or compresses lines vertically or omits the top part of the line. This is happening on most pages that I print.
