Color Print Problem

color prints without blues & blacks. all ink cartridges full. machine only 2 months old and used sparingly - could ports be clogged?

A possible clogging of the ink cartridges particularly in the part of colored cartridge. You can remove the ink cartridges and wipe it with a clean and smooth tissue. If this solution didn't work, you may need to replace the ink cartridges with a brand new one.
