Error Code 6910 On My Mx 710 Printer

i have received an error code 6910 on my MX 710 - i was told to turn the printer off and then on, but to no avail. Do you know what this is?

Per Canon:

A printer error has occurred.

Resolution

  1. Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord from the power supply.
  2. Plug the machine back in and turn the power on.
    NOTE- If you disconnect the power plug, all the faxes stored in the machine's memory are deleted.

If the above solution has not resolved your error, please contact your nearest Canon authorised service facility.
